Changes or cancellations

Cancellations with 24 hours or less to your arrival day will be charged 100% of the first night of your stay, which will not be refundable or transferable to another date.

There is NO refund for No Show and it is NOT transferable to another date. The room is released at 11:00 am the next day.

In the case of temporary closure due to a health contingency determined by federal, state or municipal authorities, we offer a change of lodging date at no charge to you. Subject to availability.

HIGH SEASON CHANGE OR CANCELLATION POLICIES

From March 27 to April 4 and from December 21, 2021 to January 5, 2022:
10% commission for changes or cancellations up to 72 hours before your arrival.

Cancellations with less than 72 hours to arrival THERE ARE NO REFUND.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All our rates include taxes.

To guarantee your reservation you will need a credit card, deposit or bank transfer of 50% of the package or the total reservation for a single night.

An official identification is required to integrate your registration before or during your check in.

Up to 2 children under 12 years old free of charge in Family Suite, Junior Suite or Double Standard. It does not include breakfasts. Maximum occupancy 4 people in these categories.

With 13 years of age they will be considered as adults and a charge as an additional person applies.

For weekend bookings a minimum of two nights of accommodation is required.

The option of Late Check Out or late departure, with an additional charge, is subject to availability.

We receive Visa or MasterCard credit cards.

Our rooms are NO SMOKING.
