We offer accommodation packages and packages with breakfast. If you would like an all-inclusive service, we can provide a quote through our reservations department.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we can check availability for an early check-in. If this is not possible, we will gladly store your car and/or luggage, and you can start enjoying the facilities. Check-out is at 11:00 AM (with a 60-minute tolerance without additional charge). Late check-out is subject to availability and incurs an extra charge. Please verify availability with the reservations department.

We have some rooms designed for easy access on the ground floor or with ramps. We have preserved the original structure of the hotel, which is on several levels; however, we do have ramps for access to the restaurant and the main terrace. Please notify us at the time of booking if you require wheelchair accessibility, so we can provide you with the best service.

Posada Del Tepozteco offers high-speed wireless internet service free of charge for our guests in common areas of the hotel such as the restaurant, bar, lobby, terrace, pool, and meeting rooms. Most rooms also have access to this service.

Our hotel is perfect for couples, but it’s also a great place to enjoy with your family. We offer Junior Suites and a Family Suite where up to 2 children under 12 can stay at no additional cost (does not include breakfast). They can enjoy our gardens and heated pool. We also provide cribs for babies under 6 months; please request them at the time of your reservation as they are subject to availability.

Posada Del Tepozteco is a pet-friendly hotel, but only in 4 of our rooms. Pet reservations will only be accepted by phone or email, strictly upon request and confirmation from the reservations department. All reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival. We accept bank transfers and deposits, as well as Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards. We also accept cash payments for any consumption within the hotel.

Breakfast for adults is included with the stay when reserving directly with us through our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp. Children who stay for free do not have breakfast included. Certain promotional rates or discounted offers do not include breakfast.

Our culinary proposal is crafted to satisfy a variety of refined tastes, offering both regional dishes and international recipes. Our wine cellar features a wide selection of Mexican and international wines. We are open 365 days a year and offer room service. Please make a reservation as availability depends on occupancy and events at the hotel.

Unfortunately, no. Share your preferences with us, and we will gladly adapt a menu for you. You may bring a bottle of wine of your choice; however, there is a corkage fee for consumption in the restaurant.

We have Smart TVs or TVs with Roku, so you can enjoy streaming channels with your personal accounts.

Your friends are welcome to visit our Restaurant Cordelia with a prior reservation. The use of internal areas, as well as the pool, is exclusive to guests. Any additional guest wishing to stay overnight must be registered with identification at the reception, paying an extra person fee, and only if the room's capacity allows it.

It's prohibited to smoke, consume or have any tobacco, nicotine or vaping products lit in any area of the establishment (rooms, terraces, dining room, restaurant, pool, lobby, library, lounges and common areas) since the General Law for Tobacco Control.
We will ask you to put out your cigarette, or any nicotine product, before entering the establishment, since anyone who fails to comply with the prohibition of smoking/vaping in Spaces 100% Smoke Free and Emissions will be sanctioned and fined by health authorities.
