REGULATIONS
PLEASE REVIEW OUR PET REGULATIONS
AND NOTE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
Your pet must weigh no more than 15 kg (33 lbs).
All pet owners must bring their pet’s bed or mat, as well as water and food bowls.
WITHOUT EXCEPTION, pets must always be kept on a leash while on hotel premises.
Pets must ALWAYS be supervised by their owner.
Under no circumstances may pets be left alone in the room. If this occurs, the appropriate authorities will be contacted to remove the pet from the room.
There are only 4 rooms designated as Pet Friendly at Posada del Tepozteco due to their characteristics and location. We strongly recommend booking these rooms in advance, as no pets are allowed in other rooms.
A NIGHTLY PET FEE WILL
APPLY FOR CLEANING AND SANITATION PURPOSES
Only one pet is allowed per room. Pets are not allowed to sleep on the furniture or climb onto furniture in the restaurant or lobby.
Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of pets and the areas they occupy is the owner’s responsibility.
Housekeeping staff will NOT enter the room to clean if the pet is inside without the owner present. Please be a responsible pet owner.
Pets are not allowed in the pool area or inside the dining room. They may stay in the gardens and on the restaurant terrace, provided they are leashed and supervised by their owner at all times. Pets are not allowed on the terraces of other rooms.
Owners must always carry plastic bags to pick up their pet's waste. Any damage or injury caused by the pet to other guests, pets, or property will be the FULL RESPONSIBILITY of the owner.
Guests must respect the
space and TRANQUILITY of
of other guests.
Upon check-in or when entering the restaurant, owners must read and sign this regulation. The hotel management reserves the right to admit or deny pets at its sole discretion.
